 Wiz Kalifa proposed to girlfriend Amber Rose and she said, ‘Yes’!!  The “Black and Yellow” rapper, 24, presented the 28-year-old model with a stunning engagement ring, which she posted a pic of on Twitter writing, “He has made me the happiest woman in the world!”.
