Stars Gossip....Halle Berry

Halle Berry's currently operating on the "two strikes you're out" rule. She's been married twice (to baseball player David Justice then singer Eric Benet) and she's opting out of a third trip down the aisle. She said in a past interview: "I no longer feel the need to be someone's wife and I don't need the validation of a marriage certificate." It's probably for the best: She avoided even more legal woes by not marrying Gabriel Aubry before they broke up last year. She's currently smitten with Olivier Martinez, who hopefully shares her disdain for holy matrimony.
