Kim Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl ... TMZ has learned.

Source close to KK tell TMZ ... it was a NATURAL CHILD BIRTH.  She started having contractions Friday night and went into full labor early Saturday AM.

Our sources tell us the baby and Kim are both in good health. We're told Kim delivered the baby at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this morning ... 5 weeks early.

Our sources say BF Kanye West was there for the entire thing -- in the delivery room by Kim's side. We're told Kanye cancelled his appearance at his own record release party last night when Kim told him she was feeling "a little off."

If you want to win the right man’s heart, you need to know what it is that makes a man go from just feeling casual about dating you to wanting and needing you on a deeper level. I’m going to take you inside a man’s mind you so you understand what it takes to trigger this kind of connection. And I’m talking about a real man – one who is mature and grounded on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. They are on a great path and open to growing on a deeply personal level. I’m betting that’s exactly why you’re on this site: to find a quality kind of guy – a real man looking for a real relationship. So what does a mature, REAL man want in a woman?
#1) A Real Man Wants A Woman Who Is Playful
There’s something that drives men wild and invites them into a deeper level of “connection” – play. Men love to be active and to play. They were raised to express themselves and connect with those around them through action. Unfortunately, too many women seem to forget this and want to talk their way into a man’s heart. But the fact is that men don’t “feel it” for you because of what you say. It’s not your words that make a man attracted to you, it’s the experiences you create with him. Watch or play sports together, be competitive in casual games like ping pong – even add a little teasing and sarcasm here and there – and you’ll really ramp up the attraction and interest.
#2) A Real Man Wants A Woman Who Is Independent
Lots of women mistakenly believe that men are looking for a “weaker” woman who will make them feel like they are smarter and more powerful. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Real men want a woman who inspires them because she has great things going on her own life. They want a woman who has her own purpose other than being in a relationship. A great guy isn’t intimidated by independence and success. What matters to a man is that a woman still has space in her life for a great relationship and is grounded and present when she’s with him. The best way to communicate this to a man is to stay busy in your own life and not suddenly make him your world. Don’t drop your own interests, responsibilities, and friends just to be with him. #3) A Real Man Wants A Woman Who Is Emotionally Mature
If a man feels attracted to a woman, eventually there’s going to be a situation that comes up where you and a man will see something differently and misunderstand each other. How will you respond to this and share your feelings? A woman who has the maturity to not blame or criticize a man for what she’s feeling, but to share her feelings in an honest and authentic way that helps a man better understand her will be attractive to a man. How a woman handles her emotions is one of the most important things men look for when deciding whether or not to get serious with a woman. If she lets her emotions get out of control, this is a big red flag to him. On the other hand, if she can present her feelings to him in a calm, non-dramatic manner, she will win his respect and make him feel like she’s the kind of woman who will be a real partner to him. He’ll see that she can handle things with a cool head rather than becoming a damsel in distress he has to rescue.
#4) A Real Man Wants A Woman He’s Intensely Attracted To:
Men aren’t as scared of commitment and relationships as they are scared of being in a relationship with a woman where there is no passion and attraction. A common way women accidentally kill the attraction men might be feeling is by either trying too hard to get him to like you, or by acting like the relationship is too serious too soon. Relax and let things happen naturally. Make sure you do and say things that interject fun and humor into your relationship from the very start. There’s nothing more appealing to a man than a great woman who knows how to relax and have fun. You can do this through playful teasing, flirting, humor, and being unpredictable (in a good way).
For instance, instead of talking about what he does for a living when you meet him (yawn), ask him about what sports he plays and what drives him. Once you’re in a relationship, don’t be afraid to shake things up. If you normally go to brunch on Sundays, suggest something completely different like a bike ride and a picnic. Mixing things up keeps the relationship fun for both of you, and being a woman who is open to new experiences is very attractive to him.

After spending nearly a week in the ICU, everybody’s favorite rapper Lil Wayne is out of the hospital and on his way back home.

Lil Wayne’s rap associate Mack Maine — president of Wayne’s Young Money record label — tweeted on Monday (Mar 18) that the four-time Grammy Award winner had left Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, where he had reportedly been hospitalized in the intensive care unit in what TMZ described as “critical condition” since last week.


Lil Wayne’s camp has been been very mute about why the rapper has been in the hospital for so long, but TMZ appeared to have some inside sources that were filling them in on all of the details of the situation.
On Friday night (Mar 15), the infamous (but highly credible) celebrity gossip site published a story basically saying that Weezy had been put in a medically-induced coma and was preparing to die, and even if that were the case, private information about a patient at a hospital — regardless of their celebrity status — should never be disclosed to the general public.
After the story broke and started trending on Twitter and making headlines all over, TMZ removed the portion of their story suggesting that Weezy was being “prepared for his last rites with his family at his bedside saying their last goodbyes.”
Young Money publicist Sarah Cunningham acknowledged Friday that Lil Wayne had had a seizure, but members of his camp have shot down reports that the rap superstar was near death.
The rapper’s camp also denied TMZ’s reports that his seizures were triggered by a codeine (sizzurp) overdose, instead attributing them to him being overworked and not getting enough rest.
“He’s doing much, much better and he’s in good shape right now,” Birdman told Hot 97′s Angie Martinez on Monday, prior to reports at the time that the rapper was up and walking on his own with his bodyguards on the hospital floor.....Posted by Daxx on wed 20march

Earlier this year, Beyonce stated in an interview with L.A. Confidential:  “Fortunately I haven’t had any break-ups! This is my first relationship” in reference to her relationship with Jay-z.  However, as always when you become a star, ex-boyfriends and old friends begin to come out of the woodworks ready to sell their story to the highest bidder.  A chef out of Houston by the name of Lyndell has somehow emerged over the last few weeks and he is telling whatever he can (which isn’t much) about his relationship with Beyonce when she was a teen.  I’m not sure what he’s trying to accomplish, but he tells DC Rumours that if certain people weren’t involved, he and Beyonce would still be together….or atleast friends.  He’s also asked about whether they had a sexual relationship and if the rumors are true that she was pregnant. Check the interview below:

SG: Now, we have heard many rumours surrounding your relationship with Beyonce and Im hoping you can clear some of them up for us. Firstly, what are you doing with yourself at the moment?
LL: Well, I am currently still living in Houston and working as a Chef. I am extremely passionate about my job and I love what I do. I have a good family and good friends so I couldnt ask for anything more than that. Life is good!
SG: Glad to hear that. How did you meet Beyonce?
LL: We were very young in our teens. From the same area in Houston. We knew each other a long time. We were very close and very good friends. (silence)
SG: Ok, Define friends.
LL: (laughs) We would go out together, I would take her to the movies or we would eat out. Normal things teenage kids do. It was “puppy” love.

SG: So you were in love with Beyonce?
LL: Love is a strong word for a teenage relationship but we were very close and I cared ALOT about her. I still do.
SG: Are the rumours true that you got Beyonce pregnant and she had to have an abortion?
LL: You know, when I heard this rumour I was really upset by it. Unfortunately, at the time I was not able to speak on it and people were allowing the speculation to go around. Beyonce as far as I know did not have an abortion.
SG: So you and Beyonce did have a sexual relationship?
LL: No comment
SG: (laughs) Ok I think you answered that already. When you say you were not able to speak on things, what do you mean by that?
LL: I watched Destiny’s Child grow, I knew all the girls and I saw them progress. I was there when they got their first deal, when they rehearsed. I was a close member to the family even though some people didnt approve of me being there. The DC Empire looking back now was very cleverly orchestrated and every member of the team was under a microscope. Whether that was on a personal or working relationship. Anyone close to those girls, espeically Beyonce at that influencial time in her life was a threat. It was all about Focus, Focus, Focus. Apparently, boys don’t equal focus which I kind of understand.
SG: Who were some people?
LL: Im still not allowed to say. But trust me there was and still is.
SG: You sound slightly bitter about the situation.
LL: I am slightly. I am sure if other people do not get involved Beyonce and I would still probably be together. At least be in contact.
SG: So you dont speak to Beyonce anymore?
LL: No, we have not spoken in a long time. I see her family sometimes around Houston but it isn’t what it was.
SG: I get the feeling you were warned off.
LL: I dont really want to make any further comment on it.
SG: Ok. When you see Beyonce and how popular she has become how does it make you feel?
LL: Well obviously I am pleased for her. I think she has done amazingly well, just as much as the other girls. I knew LaTavia, LeToya and Kelly. They have all done so great. I wish them nothing but success. They are doing what they thrive off and so am I. I wish them nothing but good health and happiness.
SG: So you dont look at Jay-Z and be like “Oh that could have been me”
LL: (laughs) Not at all. I am in a very happy place in my life.

Kim Kardashian was born October 21, 1980 in Beverly Hills, California. In one memorable episode from the first season, Kim discusses with her family an offer from Playboy to appear nude in the magazine. Kardashian eventually agreed to do it, and bared it all for the publication in the December 2007 issue.
Which, in a way, represents just how far Kardashian has come in terms of confidence about her own body. A big part of the Kardashian brand is her curves, something she wasn't always so enamored with, she admits. "I used to say my prayers before bed and pray I would stop developing," she told Playboy.
